Microsoft has released the first Windows 11 Preview build. Windows Insiders can download Windows 11 preview build 22000.51 immediately. The preview includes the new Start Menu, multitasking capabilities and a revamped Microsoft Store. Official preview includes an updated File Explorer that replaces the ribbon with a command bar. This is in contrast with the Windows 11 leaked. Most of the visual changes Microsoft has announced for Windows 11 in its initial preview will be included in this first preview. This preview features the new Start menu with its launcher-like interface. You will also see rounded corners throughout the OS and improvements to the notification centre. For those who have an accelerometer, Windows 11's lockscreen will include a parallax motion effect. Preview includes Windows 11's new themes and improvements to dark/light modes settings.
